Mia McLeod officially stepped into her role as Branch Manager of McLeod Home Care’s Greenville location on April 24, 2026, marking an exciting milestone in her journey with the company. After graduating from the University of Alabama in May 2025, Mia began her career at McLeod as a caregiver, spending four months in the field working directly with clients. During this time, she was coached by experienced managers and gained firsthand insight into the daily responsibilities, challenges, and rewards that caregivers experience. This foundation gave her a deep appreciation for the heart of the business—compassionate, hands-on care. She later transitioned into the Marketing department, where she developed a passion for connecting with others and sharing the mission and values that define McLeod Home Care.

Mia’s experience didn’t stop there. She also played a key role on the Scheduling team, helping ensure both clients and caregivers had a smooth and positive experience. With a background that spans caregiving, marketing, and scheduling, Mia brings a well-rounded perspective to her leadership style. Her ability to understand operations from multiple angles allows her to better support her team while maintaining a strong focus on quality care and client satisfaction.

Although Mia officially joined the company in 2025, her connection to McLeod Home Care began long before that. Growing up, she witnessed the company’s evolution from her parents Tim and Melisa’s home into a thriving organization with multiple locations. Seeing that growth firsthand instilled in her a deep respect for the work and dedication behind the business. Now, as Branch Manager, Mia is excited to be part of McLeod Home Care’s continued growth and looks forward to leading the Greenville team into a successful future.
